William Slater Vincent, JD/MBA

William Slater Vincent is a recently retired Associate Professor of Management, Entrepreneurship, and Law. His primary areas of interest, teaching, and consulting are entertainment (movies, music, publishing, etc.), entrepreneurship, business, franchise, management and operational consulting, asset protection, and trust and estate planning.

He has over 37 years of experience as an attorney for the Governor of the State of Georgia, with one of the nation’s largest law firms, with large, medium, and small companies and with state and federal governments in the areas of real estate, estate planning, labor, regulatory, environmental, asset protection, entertainment, corporate, contract, and franchise law along with extensive utilization of his management and finance background. Currently he serves on the Board of Directors of two international corporations.


He has made numerous presentations to local, regional, national, and international audiences and has published numerous articles in both trade and academic newspapers, magazines, and journals in the fields of entrepreneurship, succession planning, franchising and estate planning and is the Co-Author of several books. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court where he made his first appearance in 2004. William has a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Furman University and an MBA in Management and Finance and a JD from Emory University.


William has advised several members of the United States Congress both in the Senate and the House of Representatives and regularly testifies before Congressional Committees.  He has a United States Department of Homeland Security FEMASID training number and a registration with the United States Department of The Treasury Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN).


Further, he is a third-degree Master Mason, a 32-degree Scottish Rite Mason, a member of the Yaarab Shrine as a Shriner, and a Chevalier of The International Knightly Order Valiant of St. George with Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic Council with its headquarters in London, England. Finally, William is a member of the Grand Priory of England and an Eagle Boy Scout.

Sarah White, Attorney at Law

Sarah grew up in Tennessee, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She received her Juris Doctor, with a concentration in business transactions, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee.


While attending law school, she served as editor for the Tennessee Law Review as well as articles editor for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. She also published articles in both publications.


After completing law school, she worked in the estate planning section of a large Atlanta law firm. She also worked for a non-profit company, assisting high net-worth donors with charitable gift and estate planning.


She lives in Marietta with her husband and four daughters.
